The room was air-conditioned and the staff amazing! Marisqueria fish delish, where you can eat, is only a short distance to the hotel. Furthermore, free parking was good.

The beds are nice, and the breakfast is good. The nicest place to stay when traveling to Merida.

Clean, big, and modern rooms with a nice bathroom.

The breakfast was complimentary and very tasty and the hotel was in a convenient location close to the mall and restaurants. We also enjoyed the free shuttle service provided by the hotel.

The sheets and towels were stained, the air conditioner was not working and the cleaning staff did not pay attention to detail. Moreover, the breakfast area was dirty and we had to go elsewhere to eat after seeing the uncleanliness.
